Mostly people save their content snippets as text file on their computers and copy paste them whenever needed. The Gutenberg WordPress Editor solves this issue by introducing reusable blocks.

How to Create Reusable Block in WordPress Block Editor
Creating a reusable block in WordPress editor:-
All Gutenberg blocks are individual content elements in editor and they can be saved as reusable block. Initially you need to create a new post or edit existing post. On the edit screen, tap on create new block button & then select a block type according to the content type. After adding the block, you need to add the content you want to reuse. You can select style & formatting options in block toolbar & settings.
Once the editing has been completed, click on three dots menu button in the toolbar & choose “Add to Reusable block” option. You will be asked to enter name for reusable block. We recommend using name that helps you identify the block.
And then click on save button to store your reusable block. Your block will save in WordPress database with all its settings.
Adding Reusable Block in Other Posts & Pages:-
Now, we have learned how to build reusable blocks in WordPress, Let’s see how to add these blocks in posts & pages.
Once again create or edit a post where you want to use the reusable block. On the edit screen click on add block button. Your reusable block will be available in reusable tab. You can also find it by searching its name.
You can drag your mouse over it to see a preview of your block. Go ahead and click on block to insert it into your post. You can also edit reusable block by clicking on edit button in the block.
However, keep in mind that changing reusable block settings will change it to entire locations where you have used it. If you want to make changes that only shows in particular post then you have to create it to regular block.
Tap on the three dot menus in block toolbar and then select “Convert to regular block” option. This will convert your reusable block to regular block and you will be able to make changes without affecting original reusable block.
