Steps 1.  Install and Setup WP Mail SMTP ( Simple Mail Transfer Protocol )

For the mail logs setup you need to install and activate the WP Mail SMTP plugin in your WordPress account. After activation visit WP Mail SMTP >> Settings page for plugin settings.

Firstly you need to enter you license key and these details you can find from your account on WP Mail SMTP website. Now enter your license key and then click on the verify button.

After that, you need to scroll down and select a option in which format you would like to sent WordPress emails under the mailer section.

WP Mail SMTP have many services option which have easy configuration options for service providers  like:- Gmail, Outlook, Sendinblue, Mailgun or other services. You have to choose one option in which you will show your instruction to setup.

Step 4. Viewing Your Email Logs in WordPress

You can view your WordPress email logs anytime without leaving your WordPress admin area. For that you need to go on WP Mail SMTP >> Email log page. Now you will see the log with a rundown of sections since you empowered the email log.

For view your entry details, take your mouse pointer on it and click on the view button. Make sure it will open in an email log entry with a detailed view. You can also search these feature to look for the entries by email address, subjects or by content.

If you want to delete multiple entries than click on the Bulk actions drop-down menu to select “Delete” and then click on the apply button.
