How to setup WP Shopify?
You can start with free version of this plugin and later you can upgrade it to the pro as per your needs.
Installing WP Shopify:
WP Shopify is available in WordPress plugin repo. You can directly install it from WordPress admin dashboard.
Navigate to Plugins -> Add New. Enter WP Shopify in the search field & once you find the particular plugin, Click on install now button & activate it.
Activating plugin adds WP Shopify sub menus on WP admin menu. Navigate to WP Shopify -> Settings to begin the integration with Shopify store.
Moving on Settings sub-menu will takes you to connect tab. Here you need some details from your Shopify admin area. These are:
- API Key
- API Password
- Storefront Access Token
- Shared Secret
- Domain
Generating WP Shopify Integration Details:
Login to Shopify admin dashboard & click on apps on left. This leads you to apps screen. Tap on Manage private apps.
Then click on new private app button. On the next screen, enter your new app name & email address. Next in the Admin API Section, set everything to read & write. Set the permission to Read access for any field that doesn’t have these options.
